Swami's Beach isn't for everyone. In fact, in June 2021, Google reviewer James O. wrote "Not impressed too much sand at the beach"
So there's that. If you're looking for a sandless beach, or even a slightly sandy beach, take James' word for it — Swami's isn't for you.
But if you're looking for a good quiet beach with a great surfing break, and you're OKwith it beingnice and sandy (or if you happen to be into punctuation of any kind), might we suggest that you disregard James' opinion.
But hey — don't trust the masses, including us. Next time you're in Encinitas, California, check it out for yourself.
MATERIALS
The Swami's is an excellent everyday chill kind of hat. It's a foam trucker-style snapback with a mesh back that you're familiar with, but built better than the gas station lid you picked up last summer.
