I received my hat replacement since the 1st one was never found and customer service went above great customer service, 100% on that fine gesture, thank you. As far as the hat goes, I opened up my box and I felt the hat was ok,I normally order large,but was recommended I try the medium, which fit good,just not happy with the quality of the hat,hoping to send it back soon for a replacement hat,thinking a hat I saw last night would be a good replacement. Overall review of my hats from your company is outstanding, great customer service and any questions are answered right away. Keep up the great work.
