This hat was not ivory, it was a light pink. Had to exchange.
Hat is too stiff.

It's a tough nail to hit on the head, stiffness is, because it really becomes a matter of personal preference. Needed spacers as the 63 cm was a bit too large! Once I got it to sit right on my head, the hat speaks for itself! Lots of compliments!
The hat is as described, stiff make, true size fit. It is ivory versus white again as described. I have been getting many compliments on it, a lot of people love it.
