As a Social Media Coordinator at Two Roads Hat Co., you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online identity, engaging with our audience, and driving our social media strategy to new heights. You'll have the opportunity to lead and execute creative campaigns, interact with our community, and contribute to the growth of our brand in the digital landscape.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals, ensuring consistent growth, engagement, and increased brand awareness.
Content Creation: Create and curate visually appealing, on-brand content, including photos, videos, and graphics for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and facilitating meaningful conversations.
Campaign Management: Plan, organize, and implement social media campaigns and promotions, working closely with the marketing team to drive traffic, sales, and brand loyalty.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with fashion influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and credibility.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and present data-driven insights and recommendations to improve strategy.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and a strong, unified online presence across all social media channels.
Proven experience in social media management for a fashion or lifestyle brand. (required)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of and passion for men's fashion and style trends.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with photography and video editing tools is a plus.
A strong understanding of SEO and digital advertising is an advantage.
