Shipping & Delivery
Total shipping time is a combination of processing time and shipping time. Please calculate your approximate delivery by adding the processing time for your order and shipping time for your location. Shipping time does not count the day your order leaves the warehouse. You can select your processing speed at checkout.
Expedited: Processed same or next business day
Standard: Processed in 1-2 business days
Shipping time is 3-5 days based on your location.
All orders placed outside of the US and Canada are final and cannot be exchanged.
We are happy to ship to many countries across the globe. Please take note that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Two Roads. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.
Please note: Two Roads Hat Co. can only guarantee delivery in the US and Canada, all customers purchasing from outside of the US and Canada will be provided proof of shipment and will then be directed to USPS to ensure they receive their delivery. We encourage all customers outside of the US and Canada to become familiar with USPS international shipments policies before placing their order. USPS international shipping info can be found at: https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/welcome.htm
Canadian orders may be returned or exchanged, but the recipient is responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
*SIZING ISSUES: All Two Roads brimmed hats come with foam sizing tape to help you get a customized fit based on your own head size and shape. Please try this before initiating a return.
All returns and exchanges must be submitted through the above link and we will start the return process either the same or next business day once the form is submitted. You can expect to receive a return label via email when we start the return process.
Our goal is to get you into a hat you are confident in. If you are exchanging for another hat please include the name, size, and color in your email requesting an exchange. If you don't know exactly what you want at this moment, you can exchange for store credit which will be given to you as a gift card. We provide a return label for all exchanges in addition to covering shipping on the new order. To give you a timeline, once you drop the return in the mail, it typically takes 3-7 days to get to us. Once it lands in our warehouse, it takes up to 7 business days to process and get your exchange on its way.
We are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused and resell-able condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). An $8.00 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Embroidered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note, Canadian orders are eligible for returns/exchanges but the recipient is responsible for all shipping costs. Any other orders outside of the USA are not currently eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please double check the following to ensure you get your full refund:
- Hat is in new, resell-able condition (no wear marks, etc)
- All original tags are included
- Original packaging is used for the return
- Return is shipped within 30 days of the delivery date
In-Store Return and Exchange Policy
Purchases made in-store are only eligible for exchange. We are happy to exchange the item for another item of equal price if the item is returned in brand new, unused, and resell-able condition within 30 days of purchase.
Holiday Return Policy
Any orders purchased after November 27th will be eligible for return or exchange until January 31st to accommodate the holiday season.
Gift Returns can also be initiated by emailing email@example.com.
If you received the item as a gift, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.
Sales and Promotions Information
Sales and promotions are only valid for the dates listed. Promotions and sales prices may not be applied to returns, exchanges, or purchases made outside of the promotional timeline.
