Badlands National Park in South Dakota is probably not one that you've been to, or even one that you've heard much about. Its value, though — like that of its 62 national park siblings — is such that we decided it needed to be acknowledged, appreciated and protected.

Two Roads is not a serious company. ![User picture]()
After a rocky experience during my initial order (hat arrived damaged, company response took multiple followups), customer service missteps caused further frustration: specifically, inconsistent communication, and failure to meet basic expectations regarding order status and refund. I've just received my exchange, and am flabbergasted to have received the same hat I returned. Not the same style, color, size, mind you...the SAME HAT, brim damage and all. This is not a serious company, and it truly sucks because I have not found hats that look this good for this price anywhere else.

Want to love this company and the hats I ordered. One (Amalfi) was too small at my usual size, despite being indicated as a "runs large" style. The other (Badlands) arrived damaged, and is no longer in stock for exchange. All of this would be acceptable if I could get a response from the company to sort out my options. No clue what is their support SLA, but 3 emails since my order arrived with no response has soured me on the experience.

I'm happy with this hat. At this price point it is a good value. As most reviews confirm, it runs very large, so buyer must size accordingly. As in the description, the hat is very stiff, so wearer must allow a little time for their head to conform to the hat. I am most impressed with the customer service and time given me as a purchaser. This is a seller that is truly concerned with customer satisfaction and is willing to go to great length to insure it. Thanks
