WORK WITH US

Now Hiring: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Kaysville, Utah (In-Person)

Compensation: $20-$25/hr

Status: Full-time (40hr/week)

Two Roads Hat Co. is a fast-growing men’s lifestyle brand built on individuality, grit, and the road less traveled. We create hats and goods for people who ain't here to blend in — and we tell stories that feel as real as the people who wear our gear.

We’re looking for a young, scrappy, wildly motivated Marketing Coordinator who can jump onto a moving train and write the user’s manual that will bring it into the station. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and love figuring things out on the fly, you might be our kind of person.

What You’ll Do

This role is a mix of social media, influencer management, and general creative support. You don’t have to be an expert at everything — just obsessed with learning, proactive, and ready to take ownership.

Social Media (Primary Focus)

  • Assist in creating, planning, and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others.

  • Help manage our content calendar and keep posts moving on schedule.

  • Pull analytics and performance insights to help shape what we make next.

  • Jump in on content shoots — sometimes behind the camera, sometimes helping plan what we capture.

Influencer & Artist Partnerships

  • Identify new creators, musicians, micro-influencers, and partners who align with the Two Roads vibe.

  • Assist in outreach, messaging, and maintaining organized communication.

  • Track shipments, manage product gifting, and follow up to ensure content goes live.

  • Help manage partnership ads and creator submissions.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with product launches, photoshoots, email marketing prep, and light copywriting.

  • Help maintain product pages, image assets, and social files.

  • Support event prep, pop-ups, in-store activations, and the general chaos that comes with running a brand.

  • Pitch new ideas — content formats, collaborations, platform experiments, etc.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Are scrappy, self-starting, and energized by figuring things out.

  • Know your way around Instagram & TikTok (bonus if you’ve grown accounts or created content yourself).

  • Are comfortable talking to influencers, artists, and creators.

  • Can juggle multiple tasks without melting down.

  • Have a good eye for visuals — you don’t need to be a designer, but taste matters.

  • Love small business culture and want to help build something real.

  • Aren’t afraid to try, experiment, fail fast, and keep going.

  • Can handle a little dust and chaos — we’re a startup, not a museum.

A Few Extras That Would Be Nice (But Not Required)

  • Lightroom / Canva / CapCut experience

  • Basic knowledge of Shopify

  • Photo and video skills

  • Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce

  • A love for hats, Western culture, or music — or at least an appreciation for the vibe

To Apply:

Send your résumé with an email answering the following questions to: coy@tworoadshatco.com

1. Show Us Your Eye

Share 2–3 social posts (links or screenshots) you’ve created that you’re most proud of.

Tell us what your role was, why you made them the way you did, and what the outcome was.

2. Problem-Solving Under Chaos

Describe a time you had to figure something out without having all the information or instructions.

What did you do, and what did you learn?

3. Taste Check

Pick one brand (any industry) that you think crushes social content.

What do they do well, and what would you borrow or adapt for Two Roads?

4. Influencer/Creator Experience

Have you ever worked with influencers, artists, or creators before?

If yes, describe what you handled. If no, explain how you’d approach building that kind of relationship.

5. Initiative Test

If you joined the team tomorrow, what’s one idea for social content or a small marketing experiment you’d pitch in your first week?

It doesn’t have to be perfect — we just want to see how you think.
