How does it work?
For items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping simply contact email@example.com with your order number, inform us of the circumstances related to your warranty claim, and request a replacement at no cost to you.
Claims for Priority Mail orders should be filed between 15 and 60 days after your order in order to qualify.
The extended shipping warranty is optional, available for purchase at checkout, and must be purchased at the time of your initial purchase in order for your purchase to be eligible for replacement in case of loss/theft/damage.
Two Roads Hat Co. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
This offer holds no cash value. Qualifying orders are eligible for replacement only.
By purchasing the extended warranty you agree to hold Two Roads Hat Co. harmless for any claims that may directly or indirectly arise in conjunction with the use of the service.
In no event shall Two Roads Hat Co. be liable for more than what you paid for the extended warranty service.
Two Roads' Shipping Warranty is offered to residents of the United States only.
You agree that any claims brought by you related to the use of this service will be settled via binding arbitration, not via court. You further agree that the arbitrator and choice of law will be at the sole discretion of Two Roads Hat Co.
In the event you receive your original package after filing a claim, please contact us and Two Roads Hat Co. will provide a return shipping label to return the additional item.
