AMARILLO BULL RIDER CROWN HAT

Nice hat, unfortunately the hat band is not secured to the hat, fell right off. I was able to shape it the way liked. Lastly, it was a bit snug but I believe the more I wear it the faster it’ll break in.

This is a nice hat—with the tall crown and unique bull rider shape, it’s definitely for those who want to make a statement. I was going for a Ryan Bingham style hat, circa his 2019 album, American Love Song. I’m giving my review 5 stars to help make up for the previous 1-star review. Seems like that customer had unrealistic expectations and doesn’t know basic hat shaping technique (tutorials are easily found on you tube). Out of the box, the brim was a tad warped and the hat didn’t fit comfortably. However, with a little steam and some know-how, the hat now fits like a glove and is a sleek addition to my collection. I figure for the price, one ought to not mind having to make a few adjustments. I flattened the brim using steam and some heavy books, and pinned a red-tailed hawk feather to the hat band. Against the ivory color (which FYI is very close to silverbelly), it looks fantastic. I also trimmed the brim down using a brim trimmer, since it was more like a 4” brim (rather than 3.5” as stated in the description). I was a little disappointed when I saw on the tag that the hat was made in the PRC, but overall it’s a great hat.

I was really excited to receive this hat. It was my second order from your company. The first was the Ellston Rancher, which I absolutely love. I ordered the exact same size, 55/S for the Amarillo as I did for the Ellston. When I received it, I couldn't wait to try it on. Sadly, when I did, it didn't fit at all! I was easily a full size smaller than the Ellson. Like a size extra small. I reached out to your company via your chat and never received a reply. I also called your phone number and left a message. A nice dude named Murphy in North Carolina (?!) actually called me back to tell me that he was not Two Roads but gets calls all the time. Ironically, he also sells hats for American Hat Company and made a pitch for his hats and even texted me some hat photos. Please fix your phone number. It is pretty sad when I receive better customer service from a guy I didn't even buy a hat from. I will try to email your customer service department since no one contacted me from the chat and I couldn't reach you by phone. So disappointed.

The hat i received was amazing the quality especially and the color of it its so clean fits great and I can tell it was made with pure skill
