The Butler County, named after Hank Williams' birthplace, is a firm western hat made of fine Australian wool. Its shape, punctuated by a tall cattleman's crown and mule kick front indent, hearkens back to honky-tonks and jukeboxes of old. We can't help but think you'll look great in it.

Behind the Name

It's hard to spend any time in the world of country music without hearing the name Hank Williams. The man's influence spans the entire genre.

You'd be surprised to know, however, that his first musical mentor was a blues musician by the name of "Tee-Tot" Payne. The older man took Williams under his wing, teaching him much of the rhythm, personality and stage presence that he'd ultimately become known for on his journey to become the first superstar of country music.

It just goes to show you that there's nobody out there that's just one thing. Even "pioneers" are made up of the sum of everything they've taken in, seen and been inspired by.

UNABLE TO RETURN THE HAT. Arrived slightly damaged. Plus don’t like the hat. How do I return this hat please... No one has responded yet and I leave the country next week for six weeks... Help..

Great looking hat for all occasions

I play in a honky tonk band and it was noted that my hat was not fitting of a proper stage presence. This hat fits the bill. Plus, very comfortable and it breathes nicely. I couldn't ask for more.
