My Husband is OBSESSED with this hat!

My husband has several hats from Two Roads, all of which are a variation of a wide brim. He wanted something more "casual and everyday", so I got him this one and he basically wears it every other day now. It's his new favorite. Also, you just can't beat the quality of a Two Roads hat. He now wants it in another color, so I guess I know I'm getting him for Christmas!

Damaged Delivery

This message is regarding my latest order that I just received today. My excitement was short lived because the box and hat were both crushed. This is the first time that this has happened with my order.

I know handling is out of your control when the product leaves your warehouse. I am however a loyal customer, and this makes my ninety (9) purchase. Is there anyway that a replacement can be shipped to resolve the damaged hat?

Hat band was missing

This hat was intended as a birthday gift and it arrived with the hat band missing which really was a bummer because it didn’t look presentable or gift-able sadly.

Really sorry to hear that, Ran. That's a great hat, and while we have intentionally made that band easy to remove for those who want to change the band or layer bands, that occasionally results in a band getting lost in transit, or rather, in our production or shipping processes. So I'm going to pass this along and I believe we'll review whether we do the same in the future for this hat. In the meantime, we'll happily send over the missing band as soon as possible.
