Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Deceptive Return Policy

Nice website and stylish hats, but the overall experience was terrible. The return policy is misleading and feels outright fraudulent. Their “Porthole” return system doesn’t function properly, and they completely ignore emails. Instead of issuing a refund, they try to push a store credit with a small bonus — if you decline, they stop responding altogether.

On top of that, they deduct for shipping, re-shipping, and a restocking fee — costing you roughly 30% of your purchase. They did not honor their own stated return terms, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed the item was damaged (even though it was never returned).

There are other brands with equal or better quality at much lower prices — and with honest customer service. Avoid this company.

Hat looks great but this hat would greatly benefit by an adjustable strap instead just foam inserts. Bummed out that I need to return it.

Great hat! Exactly what I ordered!

I ordered the black in color five points wide brim fedora hat in a size Large, but I ended up having to request an exchange for size XL due to the large not fitting right. The exchange process was very easy due to great customer service I received. I will definitely order another hat with your company in the near future.
