Horrible customer service and return policy

I bought an expensive straw hat, sizing was off from their site specs. Supposedly you can do free exchange but they rarely have the correct size in stock so I was stuck having to return and pay for shipping and high cost scam "restock" fee AFTER their customer service rep said they could work with me on double charge as the size wasn't in stock. Many emails later and they denied any assistance on the double fee. Never will shop again. Buyer beware.

Stellar hat, was on the hunt for a cool sunhat for the beach and this was the right pick. Super stylish.

Shipment never arrived

Shipman hasn't arrived, no help from customer service on outreach. Seems like they're using a chatbot to answer questions with issues. Hopefully I get something soon.

Not your typical straw beach hat, very high quality! I have a small head and ordered the wrong size. I was able to exchange for a smaller size very easily.
