Placed my order on 8/15 and received my order promptly on 8/21, and hats were top quality. Although, hat size is not true to the size chart. Hats arrived way too big, even with insert. Did a return, and got hats that once again were not true to size chart, and this time too small. Attempted to return again for a middle size, and was told only one return is permitted. I contacted them directly and advised them of the situation. Also stating i had no problem paying for shipping, etc., as two small hats are useless to me. I was advised later on the same day that my request was received and an exemption would be requested. I was specifically told that i would be contacted the following day with the decision of the exemption request. I have received no response since 9/1, and returns are only available for 30 days. This means I only have 5 days left. Considering the lack of response, I'm almost confident that i'll be forced to put these hats up on ebay just to regain some of the money i spent. So notice to buyers, great quality hats, but they run big, dont trust the size chart, and good luck with contacting a rep directly, unless you are willing to drive to the company store in Salt Lake City, Utah.
