Ordered this hat because I wanted a black felt fedora with a deep fit and a short brim (preferably 2.5" or less). Received it on May 25th. Good quality and nice craftsmanship, no doubt. But it was a very loose fit for my head in both length and width and the brim was slightly wider than my preference.
I went out of town for Memorial Day and then sent an email on June 4th about other hat options based on fit and my preferences. No response. Then I get emails with a review request and marketing stuff. I sent a 2nd email on June 9th. No response. Then I sent a chat follow-up message on the website on June 10th requesting a text reply. After 24 hours, no response. Then I get a another marketing email today, followed by a 2nd email requesting a review. I feel like this company is run by AI.
So you've just read my review, one week after I requested help with no response.
Having a good product with bad customer service isn't good. Clearly others gave this hat good reviews, and I'm glad for the happy customers. But if you need support or a return on anything you buy, be warned about non-responsiveness.
