To begin with, the hat was delivered to the wrong house; not a fault of Two Roads. I did however email customer service when I saw the delivery notification and there was no hat on my property. It's been about a week, and still no reply from customer service- this was my biggest frustration. Eventually a neighbor delivered the hat, which was an unexpected surprise. It's a nice hat, but for the money could be better. First the hat sizing. If you are going to offer hats in centimeters instead of actual hat sizes, I would recommend providing enough sizing tape to help make the fit. The two strips provided weren't enough for my 73/8 hat size, so I had to buy additional tape to get the right fit.
Second, paying additional VIP for an exchange kinda sucks, but now knowing that customer service is non-responsive, really sucks.
Do I like the hat, yes. I would like to even do business with Two Roads again, but the silence from customer service and the knowledge that additional expense that may be involved make me hesitate. I can only imagine the nightmare if I had to return it.There are other brands that I trust that have earned my business. Not a great start from Two Roads.
