HAT CARE KIT

Ordered the kit, was charged for it, told it was shipped and it was not in the box when I received it. Emailed customer service, they apologized saying they were out of it but didn’t really explain why they charged and me and claimed it shipped. I would really watch your orders. They actually add a $5 to any purchase IN CASE you want to return the product. Disappointed. They have good products too.
