Solid quality

As stated they run on the larger side and being between two sizes. They gave hat inserts to compensate but I wonder if the smaller size would have been the perfect fit. Solid hat though!

I love this style of hat so much that I have 3 different colors.

Still waiting on package

I still haven’t received it yet it’s been over a week since it should have been delivered. If I would have known it was coming by USPS I would have paid the additional amount.

Packing issues

Hat was shipped loose in box so brim was out of shape due to lack of stabilization. Was able to steam it back to suit. Fit is great, good value

Hey Brian, sorry to hear this. Very strange, actually — every hat is generally cleaned and steamed, then placed in a box with a cardboard insert that keeps it stabilized and stationary for the entire transit. I'll follow up and make sure they're taking extra care to ensure this is always double checked. Glad you were able to make it work — the next hat you order from us should demonstrate the whole proper experience.
