Losing quality

The shipment was late. This was the 4th hat that I’ve purchased from Two Roads. I actually purchased this hat for a second time to keep as a backup because many hat manufacturers go out of business and I liked this one in particular so much I decided to purchase a backup. Unfortunately, the backup that arrived was not in the same condition as the other 3 hats I purchased. The box was worn and crushed, and the hat inside had bent brim as if it was stored all weird like or I was sent a blemished item? Either way, since I have the same hat to compare against I can show you the differences. Sad, because, one of the major reasons I like this brand is because of the quality. I don’t know if I’ll purchase another if they are going to arrive in this manner.

Great Hat but Horrible Delivery…

I like the hat although I had to immediately shape it when it arrived because the box was partly smashed and it took forever to get here with USPS. I would buy more hats if they start offering other delivery methods like Fedex or UPS. Anything except USPS.
