Honestly I love this hat! It is my second from Two Roads. And there may be a third. The piece itself id high quality, looks great, and fits ad advertised. I found getting it a bit of a hassle. I had a different first choice and admittedly I picked a size too big the exchange took over a month and there was very little communication on the status. i sadly ended up doing a different hat altogether. My big issue is the lack of communication or updates otherwise I love Two Roads, and Hope to find the straw hat I truly want from you soon
