These are cool hats but will not be ordering again from them again. The communication and process has been a total drag and there are too many other retailers that make equality great products but are seamless in customer interface.
After ordering a hat and weeks of time lapsing, had to inquire where my order was for it to be shipped at which point it arrived right away. Then needed to exchange that hat for a different size, pretty simple and common request, and was sent the wrong item. Now having a hard time getting a response to remedy that.
May just return and ask for a refund and be done.
