SHERIDAN TALL FEDORA HAT

Ordered a 59 (my size in other brands). This thing was so big it covered my eyes. I mean gigantic. Exchanged the hat for a size 57 (I will say there was quick shipping on the exchange), but I couldn’t even get the 57 on, it was so small. Unfortunately, I’m now stuck with a cool looking hat that will collect dust in a box because I can’t return it again according to the return policy. Disappointed to say the least. This will, sadly, be my last purchase.

I ordered two of these hats. One in each color. The box that they came in was undamaged and the hats were in great condition. The light color hat was just right but the dark hat was somewhat larger. I sized the dark hat to fit. The dark hat did not come with the two roads pin on the ribbon. I am pleased with these hats. I am looking to make them softer as they are extremely stiff I expect due to the shaping process when making these hats. Your company did a great job full filing my order. Thanks for your process. I’ve tried on many hats and, nearly always, the crown is not tall enough. Consequently, they don’t fit comfortably snug. This one’s perfect. I’m in the process now of making a hat band for it, so it’s also nice to have a little more room to work with.
