the hat's ok, but the customer service is not. The company never responded to any messages and the hat took way longer to deliver than promised.
Just received my Two Roads Sheridan Tall Fedora today. It is a great hat. I held it over the steam and gave it more of a 1930s crease and crown, with a bubble over the scalp. And I slipped on a wide hatband for more of a 90 year old style. I bought this because almost every other hat has a lower crown, usually 4 or 4.5 inches. I like to have a space between the skin of my scalp and the crown of the hat. Not sure how hot I'll be wearing this in Hawai'i when most would choose straw, but that space inside should help.

Stunning
I wore this hat for the first time last night and received so many compliments from both men and women. I really want this hat in black as well. Also I would recommend the makers adding at least 2 holes somewhere in the crown because the hat does tend to get a little warm if you are indoors. All in all I am super satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who has issues finding hats that fit their head or who have a bigger face; like me :)
