I’ve been a loyal supporter of Two Roads Hat Company for a while, but my recent experience has left me completely disillusioned. I ordered the PUSH RANCHER – SILVER FOX SQUAD LIMITED COLLAB and was excited to get my hands on this highly anticipated piece. Weeks went by, and not only did the hat fail to arrive, but the complete lack of communication from this company has been infuriating.

I tried multiple times to reach out for an update—emails, messages on social media—but received either generic responses or no reply at all. The worst part? The inability to get a live person on the phone. For a company that markets itself as high-quality and exclusive, their customer service is absolutely subpar.

It’s unacceptable to leave customers in the dark, especially for a limited collaboration that likely won’t be restocked. Two Roads Hat Company, you need to do better. It’s not just about the product; it’s about respecting the people who trust your brand. At this point, I feel like my money and time have been wasted. Proceed with caution if you’re considering a purchase—it’s not worth the headache.

Anthony — this is all very good feedback. You're absolutely right — we need to do better. I won't offer excuses, only perhaps some context. We definitely should have responded sooner. Every customer deserves that, and that's the kind of service we strive for. And to be fair, we generally do. You can find hundreds of reviews on our site and Google that reference our superb customer service. But this case should have been better. As for the phone line, I can understand your frustration. We're still a very small team, and don't always have the ability to put someone on the phones full time — we're often out shipping orders, designing hats, working on the sales floor, etc. So that's why we haven't had a dedicated phone line, only email and text support. That being said, as we continue to grow, we do plan to make this happen. Really hope we get the chance to see you back, Anthony. We appreciate your business and hope this experience hasn't permanently burned the bridge.
