Caution before buying from two road at Company

Review

I have had multiple unresolved issues with Two Roads Hat Company.

First issue: I received an item in the wrong size. When I attempted to return it in accordance with their stated return policy, the company did not honor the policy. As a result, I am still stuck with an item I cannot use.

Second issue: A separate order was billed as shipped via FedEx, but I never received the shipment. The billing documentation indicated that it was shipped, however no package was ever delivered. I reached out to the company multiple times regarding this matter and never received a reply.

Due to these experiences—wrong item fulfillment, failure to honor the return policy, and unresolved billing and shipping concerns—I would be very cautious about purchasing from this company again.

Jake, this is unacceptable, and I'm sorry for the headaches. Several ways we could've handled this better. First, we will ALWAYS help faciliate the return of a hat that doesn't fit well. Second, while we can't control the delivery once it leaves our hands, we always commit to helping do what we can, sometimes even sending out another hat.
I'm passing this along to my Customer Experience Manager to try and track down what's going on. They will be reaching out to you very soon with some answers and options. Happy Holidays!

False Advertisement + No Response

Ive made four attempts to reach out to TwoRoads re: ongoing issue with my recent purchase. My first two attempts were made via your text chat, followed by two additional emails, all of which have gone unanswered.

I was encouraged to purchase a gift card during your recent promotion, which advertised an additional $50 bonus gift card. However, I never receive the promised bonus.

At this point, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of response and the failure to honor the advertised promotion. This experience has made me hesitant to make any further purchases from your company.

Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund.

Gift Card

The gift card was delivered. However, it was used. Wrong size ordered (first time ordering). Returned for a larger size, same wrong size sent back out. Really hope my friend receives great service recovery.
