Hats did not fit. I’ve sent three emails and no one will help me.

Respectfully I love hats ,unfortunately I feel I am bringing nickel and dime in charge on my return...
1. you charge me for shipping
2.you charge for return
3.you offer me bonus of $10.00 if I except your store credit ,than you charge me a restocking fee $11.00

Respectfully: I follow your fitting guidelines ,that didn't work ,it's no fault of mine, but yours.

I purchase a lot of product every day with none of chargeback especially when it on fault of mine do to your fitting.

it's not the money it's the principle of matter and wasted time writing this email.

In closing ,as much as I like your hats and was looking forward to purchasing more hats.I would appreciate a full refund and fixing the fit issue and will be happy to place a new order.
