I need to exchange the hat and customer service has ghosted me.

I can’t get the company to respond to help me return the hat I bought. I’d like to get another hat, but I can’t communicate with anyone.

The Perfect Straw Hat!

Simple, tasteful. Same specs as another classic from a famous maker, but in straw. My go to all late spring and summer. glad y'all still have it. It's been a few years now and not showing any signs of wear, maybe a back up wouldn't hurt. Love it!

Great quality… inconsistent details

Purchased two of the same hat in different colors, and while the quality is immediately noticeable, there were a few disappointing inconsistencies. The brim on one hat curves up much higher than the other, which gives them noticeably different looks. More frustrating, one of the hats arrived without the signature Two Roads pin that’s shown in the product photos. It’s a small detail, but one that speaks to the brand’s identity and quality—and it’s disappointing not to have both hats fully represent that.

Fit-wise, they do run a bit large, even with the included hat sizers. I even considered returning them due to these issues. Still, they are great hats overall—but I expected more consistency given the price.
