3.you offer me bonus of $10.00 if I except your store credit ,than you charge me a restocking fee $11.00

Respectfully: I follow your fitting guidelines ,that didn't work ,it's no fault of mine, but yours.

I purchase a lot of product every day with none of chargeback especially when it on fault of mine do to your fitting.

it's not the money it's the principle of matter and wasted time writing this email.

In closing ,as much as I like your hats and was looking forward to purchasing more hats.I would appreciate a full refund and fixing the fit issue and will be happy to place a new order.

Very Cool

My son purchased the San O Straw sun hat for me as a Christmas present, as we were making plans for a Caribbean vacation in February. I have to admit, it was by far the coolest looking hat on the beach in Aruba. The materials and craftsmanship are first rate and its quality is noticeable. The micro-adjustable band is also a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this hat for the sun protection it provides, or just to look cool when you’re soaking up the rays or working outdoors. I purchased the Wynwood straw fedora as a follow up. Same quality materials and construction. Same cool look and is very versatile, as it can be dressed up or down. Kudos Two Roads, you guys rock the hat world!
